The project is located in a portion of territory where is a great expansion, which influeces the design strategy. The concept defines a recognizable architecture in the urban landscape as landmark which draws a new skyline. The project cut out the horizon of the city with a geometry formed by sinuous lines, the massive shape swaying is modeled in the space, with its materic surfaces, as well as the wave of the near river. The dynamicity of the outer casing is formated by arches which draw some great overtures, beyond these the internal spaces of restaurant and hotel rooms shine trhough, and are arranged in multiple layers around the central triple-height  void. Like draping and folds of precious fabrics, this arches models the basament and the summit, mirroring and spilling themselfs to draw the silouhette to put in stretches of sky. Wood, corten and concrete, are the materials which define inside and outside the vertical texturing. “Multiscalarity” and fluidity are the meanings which characterize the precious box of Restaurant Complex to become another precious stone in the construction of a new urban block.
